Signed up for 12 month premium service on special AUD $49. Yes will auto renew at regular rate. But my initial bill which I did not get to see before payment was for $88.00. Supposedly I also purchased Unlimited protection for an extra $39.00 which I don't need as I do not have more than 5 devices. I have asked for e refund of the $39.00 but just get put on this endless loop of in action and fluffy emails explaining the benefit Ill never use. In frustration I have cancelled my auto renew subscription as I feel like I was billed inappropriately and will not give Total AV the chance to take my money again without total transparency to the transaction.

Difficult to deal with tech support and to cancel

TotalAV revved my CPU in excess of 30% regularly and it would stay there until I did an "end task". I contacted their tech support 4 different times (I was too generous with my time), and they were not able to solve the problem.
I contacted their team to cancel my account and they wasted more of my time and as of this time, they still haven't removed my credit card from my account with them.
